Is Home PT LLC a Medicare In-Network provider?
Yes, we are a Medicare Part B (outpatient) provider. We accept Medicare patients directly, meaning you can receive care without needing a referral from your primary care physician.
Do I need to be homebound to receive therapy?
No. We specialize in outpatient physical therapy for residents of North and Central New Jersey. Our model is designed for patients who want to recover in the comfort of their own home, regardless of mobility status.
What counties do you serve?
